When you place your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We know you want to get your hands on your new jewellery as soon as possible so we will send out your order within 1 business day. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know how long it will take to get the item and send it out to you. If you decide that you don't want to wait, and want to cancel we will void the pre-authorization transaction. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
All items will be sent by Australia Post. If the item is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving us. If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at ruth@idreamofsilver.com
