Warranty

How to claim your warranty: 

I Dream of Silver offers a three (3) month warranty with every piece from the date of purchase. To claim your warranty please email us at ruth@idreamofsilver.com

Our warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects and does not cover general wear and tear, improper use or neglect. The warranty is not valid if the jewellery has not been stored correctly, or has come into contact with a foreign substance, or the care instructions have not been followed.

Replacement or repair of your jewellery is at the sole discretion of I Dream of Silver.

Charges will apply for the repair of pieces that are outside of the warranty period.

As our jewellery pieces are delicate they should be worn with care.
