How we handle shipping and returns for your order

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We know you want to get your hands on your new jewellery as soon as you can, so we will send out your order within 1 business day. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know how long it will take to get the item in stock, and send it out to you. If you decide that you don't want to wait, and want to cancel your order we will void the pre-authorization transaction.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

All items will be sent by Sendle. If the item is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one business day from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving us to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at ruth@idreamofsilver.com

 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:

If you change your mind and decide that you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, our policy is to offer you a full refund or store credit if we receive the cancellation within 14 days of your purchase. You (the buyer) will be responsible for returning the item and the shipping costs. We require that the product is unused and in it's original condition and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. We will issue refunds once we have received the undamaged item and the refund will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
