I Dream of Silver ships worldwide. Please note however we do not ship to PO Boxes.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of the order being received, to the address given in the order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
When you place your order, please check all of your details to ensure these are correct. Please also give a valid email and mobile phone number when you place your order in case we need to contact you.
Delivery times will be determined by the area of the world you live in. Unfortunately we have no control over any delays caused by customs clearance in the country you live in.
How can I edit my shipping address?
Please ensure you complete the correct address where you would like your jewellery delivered to, when you place your order. Unfortunately we are unable to change this after the order has shipped.
What happens if my parcel fails to be delivered or picked up?
As the receiver of the parcel, you are responsible for any subsequent costs that may be incurred for any parcel returned to us due to attempted deliveries or insufficient address details or failure to pick up from delivery centres.

Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
It is possible that you may be charged duties and taxes if you are outside of Australia (where we ship from) which are imposed by your country when the order passes through customs. There may also be handling / storage fees imposed by courier companies if applicable.
The charges on any parcel will need to be borne by the person receiving the parcel, and if required by the local authorities, the courier company may be in contact with you for documents such as tax invoices or proof of payments to facilitate customs clearance.
How much will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?
I Dream of Silver has no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost will be, as these vary from country to country. If this is a concern, we would recommend that you contact your local customs office to clarify charges before you order.
