All items will be sent by Australia Post from Sydney. If the item is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one business day from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving us to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at ruth@idreamofsilver.com

Changed your mind? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full or issue store credit.

Just send the item back to us unused and in its original condition - return postage is at your cost. Once it arrives back safely, we'llrefund to the card you paid with.
