All items will be sent by Australia Post from Sydney. If the item is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one business day from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving us to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at ruth@idreamofsilver.com
If you change your mind and decide that you want to cancel your orderafter it has shipped, our policy is to offer you a full refund or store credit if we receive the cancellation within 30 days of your purchase. You (the buyer) will be responsible for returning the item and the shipping costs. We require that the product is unused and in it's original condition and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. We will issue refunds once we have received the undamaged item and the refund will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

The large timber finish jewellery box we gave to our 10 year old Grandson for his Baptism was beautiful. We had his name engraved and the date which was placed on the top of the jewellery box.
