We know you want to get your hands on your order as soon as possible so we will send out your order within 1 business day. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know how long it will take to get the item and send it out. If you decide that you don't want to wait, and want to cancel we will void the pre-authorization transaction. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:
All jewellery is sent by Australia Post. Once your order has shipped we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving us. If you do not receive tracking information feel free to follow up with us at ruth@idreamofsilver.com

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after it has shipped, our policy is to offer a full refund or store credit if we receive the cancellation within 14 days of purchase. You (the buyer) will be responsible for returning the item and the shipping costs. We require the product is unused and in it's original condition and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. We will issue refunds once we have received the undamaged item and the refund will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
