You (the buyer) will be responsible for returning the item and the shipping costs. We will issue refunds once we have received the undamaged item and the refund will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

The large timber finish jewellery box we gave to our 10 year old Grandson for his Baptism was beautiful. We had his name engraved and the date which was placed on the top of the jewellery box.
