If you change your mind and want to cancel your order after it has shipped, our policy is to offer a full refund or store credit if we receive the cancellation within 14 days of purchase. You (the buyer) will be responsible for returning the item and the shipping costs. We require the product is unused and in it's original condition and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. We will issue refunds once we have received the undamaged item and the refund will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

The large timber finish jewellery box we gave to our 10 year old Grandson for his Baptism was beautiful. We had his name engraved and the date which was placed on the top of the jewellery box.
